1) Please tell us about your career progression at GAB.
I joined GAB as a management trainee back in March 2005 and upon completion of the programme in June 2006, I was appointed as a Financial Analyst. With a great team of people to guide me as well as having wonderful bosses, I truly enjoyed my work and excelled to be promoted as Senior Financial Analyst in July 2007 and thereafter to my current position as Assistant Manager, Corporate Strategy in March 2008.

| 2) How do you feel about the opportunities and training programmes that GAB provides? |
There are a lot of internal and external training programmes organised to help grow your potential both personally and professionally. I was lucky to come in as a management trainee because I had the opportunity to work in different departments, which helped me understand the business better.

| 3) What is the secret to your successful career path in GAB? |
You have to be open to constructive criticism, determined and of course hard working.

| 4) What is the best thing about your job and working in GAB? |
The people I work with, definitely! There is a lot of teamwork and sharing of knowledge between peers and superiors.
As for the company, GAB is a great place to work in, especially for young professionals.
