1) Please tell us about your career progression at GAB.
I just hit my 30th year career mark at GAB in 2008. The reason why I stuck by all these years is because the company has always provided me with the right environment to grow both professionally and personally.
I started my career as a Sales Merchandiser in 1978. In the span of 20 years, my career progression was from a Sales Merchandiser to District Sales Manager & Dealers Manager and subsequently I was given the responsibility to oversee the sales team in the northern region, as Regional Sales Manager. I am now the Senior Regional Sales Manager for the northern region area, including Melaka, Seremban and the East Coast.

| 2) How do you feel about the opportunities and training programmes that GAB provides? |
At different stages of my career, the training programmes that I attended was catered to help me progress both in my work and also on a personal level.

| 3) What is the secret to your successful career path in GAB? |
Just believe in your ability and stick to your goals. In the sales line, you must have a high level of integrity to command trust and confidence from your business partners and also superiors.

| 4) What is the best thing about your job and working in GAB? |
Every day holds different challenges for me. This keeps my adrenalin rushing, as I am not the type who likes a routine and mundane job. |
