AUTOMATION ENGINEER
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to optimizing brewery processes and assets that cut across the entire production operations including brewing, packaging and quality control. This includes providing support in overall maintenance of electrical, electronic & pneumatic equipment, instrumentation, automation of plant & machinery. The successful candidate reports to the Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities :
Liaise with production, purchasing and engineering to ensure projects assigned are completed within deadlines and budgets
Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with the Safety & Health Environmental Guidelines
Formulate, plan and implement effective maintenance system for electrical, electronic equipment including process automation system
Coordinate projects with consultants, suppliers and government statutory bodies
Establish budget for plant upgrading and improvement and evaluate the ROIs of projects assigned
Conduct on the job training during commissioning and after care phase of new projects
Provide technical advice and assistance to the Emergency Section on the trouble shooting of Brewery equipment during breakdown
Requirements :
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 4 years of hands-on-experience in Automation or packaging equipment maintenance
Good knowledge of Siemens, PLC S5, S7, WinCC and brewing process control system Possess good knowledge of TPM, ISO 9002 and HACCP standards
Possess good working knowledge of IT and software applications
Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia
Results oriented and possess good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
Able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment
PURCHASING & PLANNING EXECUTIVE
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager in planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging and engineering materials/parts. The successful candidate will be providing assistance in the scheduling of production planning which involves close networking with suppliers to improve on forecast, order fulfillment, planning scheduling, packaging, delivery replenishment and inventory control.
Requirements :
Degree/Diploma in Business, Economics or a related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG environment
Knowledge in SAP R/3 System for material procurement processes is essential
Possess good understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001/HACCP standards for purchasing
Familiar with inventory control/management concepts
Well versed in application and renewal of statutory licences/permits/ sales tax exemption (CJ5) with forwarding knowledge
Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess good sourcing, planning and negotiation skills
Must be resourceful, assertive, highly analytical, able to work independently and make sound judgment
Possess high integrity, honesty and professionalism
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS
The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment inclusive of instrumentation and mechanical work.
Requirements :
Minimum Chargeman AO Certificate
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in handling packaging line in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of instrumentation and PLC will be an added advantage
Ability to analyse and interpret electrical and Control circuit diagram is essential
Knowledge of ISO procedures, TPM methodology is an added advantage
Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia Willing to perform shift work
FINANCIAL analyst
The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Department on costing, financial analysis, tracking and managing the effective utilization of the financial allocation, expenditures and budgets of the Department.
Requirements :
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Highly numeric with excellent spread sheet capabilities and SAP usage will be an added advantage
Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
Must be a team player who is meticulous and resourceful
Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
PACKAGING TECHNICIANS
The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain, trouble shoot and rectify the packaging equipment and utility machinery to ensure the highest possible production efficiency.
Requirements :
Diploma/Certificate from recognized local institutions/SPMV or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in handling industrial plant and packaging machinery preferably in the bottling and canning line
Knowledge of ISO procedures, TPM methodology is an added advantage
Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Willing to perform shift work
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Based in KL)
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling, product display, merchandising, maintaining product hygiene, functions, trade and customer PR and promotions.
Requirements :
SPM/Senior Middle 3 or equivalent. Those with Certificate/Diploma in Marketing will have an added advantage
Sales experience in handling fast moving consumer products will be an advantage
Preferably male aged between 18 and 30
Ability to converse in English and other major Chinese dialects is essential. Ability to write in English will be an added advantage
